Customer IoT Strategy and Architecture Engagement

This document is a case study detailing the engagement between Windval and a large power generation organization focused on developing a cohesive IoT architecture. The project aimed to support mass-scale IoT use cases impacting a diverse customer base, including residential, commercial, industrial, and government sectors. The engagement resulted in over 20 specific recommendations addressing strategy, architecture, security, and network protocols to optimize IoT growth.
