Unified Communications and Collaboration Strategy Roadmap

This document is a technical report detailing the strategy and architecture roadmap for Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) in the energy and utilities sector. The project objective is to conduct a comprehensive analysis and provide an actionable future state strategy to support a five-year post-divestiture plan for the client. The report outlines the extensive analysis conducted on the client's UC&C environment, which includes over 25 subdomains such as telephony systems, collaboration tools, and contact center solutions. The Windval team utilized a framework known as Observations, Findings & Recommendations (OFR) to structure their analysis and document actionable recommendations. The report emphasizes the importance of aligning technology architecture with business strategy and highlights the collaborative approach taken to gather insights from various stakeholders. The final report is noted for its depth and pragmatic recommendations, providing the client with a solid blueprint for future engineering projects.
