This case study outlines the implementation of a digital benefits administration and enrollment platform by a newly formed healthcare system in Annapolis, Maryland. The HR and Benefits Team initiated a request for proposal to streamline their benefits processes and enhance the employee experience following a merger. The platform, HRally®, was utilized during the 2021 Open Enrollment period, resulting in significant employee engagement and support.
