This case study documents how Teacher Created Materials (TCM) transitioned from an outdated in-house application to the Worksuite platform to enhance their workflow management. Initially, TCM relied on a custom-built application for managing external proofreading talent, but due to staffing changes, the application became outdated. After evaluating several options, TCM selected Worksuite to improve their processes. The implementation of Worksuite allowed TCM to consolidate scattered systems, such as emails and spreadsheets, into a single platform, streamlining data access and reducing the risk of lost information. The case study outlines the support TCM received during the transition, including tailored training that addressed their specific needs. The customized workflows established through Worksuite improved onboarding efficiency for both internal teams and external contractors. TCM has observed significant time savings in managing their large network of freelancers, enhancing their overall operational efficiency.
