This report presents findings from the 2022 Employee Experience Survey, which involved 250 HR leaders and 1,014 employees across various sectors. The survey aimed to assess the evolving perceptions of employee experience, particularly in the wake of the pandemic. Key findings indicate a significant increase in HR leaders prioritizing employee experience enhancements, rising from 54% in 2019 to 92% in 2021. The report highlights a disconnect between HR leaders’ and employees’ perceptions of employee experience, with 88% of HR leaders rating it positively compared to only 65% of employees.
