Automated Submission Platform Implementation Case Study

This case study details the implementation of an automated submission platform by Xceedance for a leading global specialty insurer. The objective was to enhance organizational efficiency and support the insurer's rapid global expansion. The existing manual submission process was inefficient, with the submissions team spending 80-90% of their time on data validation, leading to errors and increased handling times. Xceedance conducted an analysis of the client's processes to identify automation opportunities and developed solutions including AI and machine learning-based data extraction, automated submission clearance, and robotic process automation (RPA) for submission creation. The implementation resulted in a nearly 60% reduction in handling time for submissions, improved accuracy, and enhanced broker experience. The platform has successfully processed over 75,000 submissions and created more than 33,000 submissions in the policy administration system.
