This case study details the transformation of print services at IESE Business School, a global institution with campuses in Barcelona and Madrid. The objective was to unify and enhance print management across various business lines while integrating with existing systems, including a payment platform and active-directory roles. The chosen solution involved Xerox Managed Print Services, which included the installation of multiple printing devices and the establishment of a cloud-based infrastructure for data management and recovery. The implementation was completed within a month to accommodate returning students. The results included improved service flexibility, enhanced cybersecurity, and sustainability practices, as well as reduced IT infrastructure costs. The new system allows users to print and scan documents from various devices, thereby improving the overall student experience and operational efficiency. On-site support staff were also provided to assist users, ensuring a seamless transition to the new print services model.
