This case study details the efforts of a non-profit organization in Toulouse, France, to modernize its multifunction printer fleet. The organization aimed to improve employee productivity, reduce its carbon footprint, and enhance accessibility for employees and apprentices with disabilities. The solution was provided by Axidoc, a Xerox dealership, which implemented Xerox Managed Print Services (MPS) to manage nearly 200 multifunction devices. The services included advanced analytics and innovative applications like PrintReleaf for measuring paper consumption and supporting reforestation. The results showed a significant reduction in document processing times and improved accessibility for individuals with disabilities, allowing them to convert training materials into audio formats. The initiative also contributed to the organization's sustainability goals and enhanced service quality for apprentices. Overall, the implementation of these technologies led to improved operational efficiency and social responsibility outcomes.
