Summary
This case study details how a Fortune 500 manufacturer successfully replaced a failed Privileged Access Management (PAM) deployment with Xona Critical System Gateways in just 14 days. The manufacturer, which operates 42 facilities and has over 850 operational technology (OT) assets, initially spent 18 months and $765,000 on an IT-centric PAM solution that only covered 12 sites and resulted in numerous compliance findings. The transition to Xona's solution enabled complete deployment across all facilities, achieving 100% OT asset coverage and passing the IEC 62443 audit on the first attempt.
