Digital Robots for NOA Process Automation in Healthcare

This case study details the development of an integrated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution for the Notice of Admission (NOA) processes in healthcare. The client, a provider of Patient Access Technology solutions, sought to streamline the NOA process, which is essential for timely claims submission to insurance companies.
