Yaskawa GA500 VFD Replacement for Air Table Blower

This case study details the successful replacement of an existing drive with the Yaskawa GA500 Series Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) for an air table blower used in a rubber and plastics manufacturing facility. The customer, an east coast automotive tire manufacturer, faced challenges with the performance of a non-Yaskawa drive. The integration of the GA500 VFD was facilitated by Yaskawa's PLC integration tools, which allowed for a smooth transition and enhanced control over the air blower table.
