This document is a technical report detailing the results of two multicenter clinical trials evaluating the efficacy of ZEISS MyoCare lenses in slowing myopia progression among children. The first trial, conducted in Asia, involved 240 participants aged 6 to 13 years and demonstrated significant reductions in myopia progression when compared to single vision lenses. The second trial, held in Europe with 234 participants, also confirmed that ZEISS MyoCare lenses were effective in slowing myopia progression and reducing the risk of fast progression. Both trials utilized a randomized controlled design and reported results at the ARVO 2025 annual meeting. The report includes comparisons of efficacy across different ethnicities, highlighting that ZEISS MyoCare lenses were effective in both Asian and European populations. Additionally, subjective feedback indicated good tolerability and adaptation to the lenses among children. The findings underscore the importance of robust evaluations in diverse populations to address the rising prevalence of myopia.
