This document is a case study detailing a programmatic digital out-of-home (pDOOH) campaign implemented by Frenchbee to promote its low-cost flights in France and the USA. The campaign ran from February/March to December 31, 2023, targeting families and adventurous travelers in cities served by the airline. It aimed to increase awareness of Frenchbee's flight offers through a year-long strategy that included tailored creatives for various destinations such as Paris, Miami, and New York. The campaign utilized different diffusion schedules based on venue types and times, focusing on high-traffic areas like airports, malls, and train stations. Results indicated a significant uplift in brand consideration and special intent among travelers, with a mobile programmatic survey conducted to evaluate effectiveness during peak travel months. The findings suggest that the contextualized pDOOH approach effectively enhanced brand image and consumer intent for future purchases.
