This technical report details the transformation of a workers' compensation insurance provider's commission and bonus management processes through advanced cloud integration. The organization faced significant operational inefficiencies and scalability challenges due to a legacy system that hindered timely calculations and disbursements. Key issues included prolonged processing times, data silos, and compliance risks. To address these challenges, XTIVIA collaborated with the client to implement a cloud-native solution that automated workflows, integrated real-time data processing, and optimized business logic. The solution utilized AWS services and MuleSoft for seamless API-driven connectivity, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs.
