This document is a technical report detailing the modernization of a Customer Communication Management (CCM) system by a leading provider of enterprise communication solutions. The objective of the project was to develop a cloud-native CCM solution that integrates seamlessly with existing infrastructure while enhancing flexibility, scalability, and data integrity. The report outlines the challenges faced during the modernization, including the need to maintain compatibility with legacy systems, evolving project requirements, and data integrity issues.
